It’s important to have a dream or clear vision about your exercise goals. Without it, you really don’t know how much exercise is enough (too much or not enough), or you don’t know what types to do. Mimicking what other people are doing may not be ideal for achieving your dream or chief objective for exercise. When you begin a workout or fitness program, ideally, you’ll want to be in an excitable state. However, if you’re in a state of burnout, starting any kind of physical activity could lead to problems, which are pretty common. The challenge is maintaining a balanced state between working out and recovery based on the design of your exercise program.
