It truly is amazing how something as simple as your body’s breathing pattern can cause all sorts of health problems if you aren’t doing it correctly.


This requires that you access your instincts, intellect, imagination, and intuition (typically to truly access these features we must create balance first). For if you don’t, you’re more likely to follow diet dogmas.


You might think of stress as innately negative, believe it or not that isn’t always the case. Just as the muscles and bones need physical exercise to stay strong, we also need certain amounts of stress to stay healthy.


 Technically there are three different types of rest but for the sake of writing length we are only going to talk about one for now, Sleep.
