Movement
It’s important to have a dream or clear vision about your exercise goals. Without it, you really don’t know how much exercise is enough (too much or not enough), or you don’t know what types to do.

Breathing
It truly is amazing how something as simple as your body’s breathing pattern can cause all sorts of health problems if you aren’t doing it correctly.

Nutrition
This requires that you access your instincts, intellect, imagination, and intuition (typically to truly access these features we must create balance first). For if you don’t, you’re more likely to follow diet dogmas.

Stress
You might think of stress as innately negative, believe it or not that isn’t always the case. Just as the muscles and bones need physical exercise to stay strong, we also need certain amounts of stress to stay healthy.

Rest
Technically there are three different types of rest but for the sake of writing length we are only going to talk about one for now, Sleep.

Hydration
Whatever the cause, de-hydration can result in significant impairment of cellular function and health. The relative contribution of malnutrition relative to dehydration is specific to each individual.

Psychology
